Matteo Fago is an Italian engineer, publisher and entrepreneur. He co-founded Venere.com, Italy's first hotel booking portal, which was later acquired by the American group Expedia.
His passion and expertise in startups have led him to engage in various projects as an investor or external consultant.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Matteo Fago is deeply involved in publishing. He is currently the publisher of L’Asino d’Oro, the monthly magazine Il Salvagente, and the weekly Left.
He is also an author, with books including "Manuale di sopravvivenza per startupper" ("Survival Guide for Startuppers").
